Derek Reisfield
Derek is an international strategy expert and private investor who specializes in Internet, Media, Telecommunications and Consumer Products. Derek Reisfield is Chairman and Founder of BBN Networks, Inc., the leading business-to-business digital advertising network, (www.bbnnetworks.com). He recently served as the Executive Vice President and CFO of Fliptrack, Inc., (www.moblyng.com), the leading smart phone social games company during the critical phase of its development, and he continues to advise the company.

Mr. Reisfield is the co-founder of several firms, including founding Chairman of Marketwatch, (www.marketwatch.com), and Managing Director of i-hatch Ventures, (www.i-hatch.com). He has been instrumental in the development of several successful firms, including Strands, (www.strands.com), Every Baby Company, (www.eebee.com), and Sportsline, (www.sportsline.com).

Derek served as the founding President of the New Media Division of CBS, (www.cbs.com), and he was the Vice President, Business Development of the CBS Corporation. Mr. Reisfield was also the Co-Founder of the Media and Telecom practice of Mitchell Madison and a leader of McKinsey & Company’s Media and Telecommunications practice. Mr. Reisfield is also the Chairman of Greta Garbo & Company, Inc.

Derek Reisfield was graduated from Wesleyan University, where he won the Davenport Prize, and he received his Masters degree from the Annenberg School of Communications at USC.

Mark Jensen
Mark Jensen is a founder and CEO of MGN Technologies, a publicly traded internet marketing firm based in Seattle, WA. He is also the founder and President of Northtech Industries, a contractor to major home builders in the Seattle area. For nearly 20 years he has owned a management and marketing consulting firm focusing on revenue growth for small and mid-size businesses. Mark has generated millions of dollars of revenue for clients by building marketing and sales systems using proprietary sales funnel technology. In 2005, he spearheaded a team that built the world’s first internet poker software game integrating PC and mobile play.

Mark owned and operated his first business in 1985. He spent seven years owning and operating health clubs in the Seattle area. He started his consulting career in 1990 focusing on start-ups and turnarounds and has worked with more than 300 companies.

Mark received a B.A. in Communications from Washington State University.

Enzo Villani
Enzo Villani is the President and CEO of Villani Advisors, LLC. A Strategy and M&A advisory firm. Since 2006, Enzo has completed over $350 million in acquisitions focused on the investor relations, corporate communications, financial technology, media, and trading exchange industries.

Before launching Villani Advisors, Enzo was founding member, EVP & Chief Strategy Officer of DF King Worldwide (formerly Sage Holdings). King Worldwide is the leading global Stakeholder Management and Financial Communications firm. Formed in 2007 as a private equity backed acquisition vehicle through The Riverside Company, the King Worldwide family now comprises of D. F. King & Co., M:Communications, Hallvarsson & Halvarsson, Capital Precision, Broadgate Consultants, Taylor Rafferty and Donlin Recano. D. F. King Worldwide employs over 900 professionals with offices in New York, London, Munich, Stockholm, Dubai, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Taipei. Prior to launching DF King Worldwide, Enzo was Managing Director of Products and Strategy at the NASDAQ OMX. Enzo established NASDAQ Corporate Services through a series of alliances and acquisitions. In 2006 he lead the acquisition of Shareholder.com and Prime Zone Media Network (now GlobeNewswire). Corporate Services has developed into a growth business line in NASDAQ OMX and continues to develop new products and services for public companies.

In 1998, Enzo co-founded Rivet Integrated Marketing. As CEO, Enzo developed a pioneering methodology for integrating traditional and interactive marketing. Rivet’s clients included: NASDAQ, Citibank, R/GA, AOL Time Warner, Kx Systems, Track Data Securities, and The Ford Foundation. Prior to Rivet, Enzo was Director of Internet Development at Integrated Office Solutions (IOS), a system integrator and Microsoft Gold Partner servicing the top 10 investment banks sold to Exodus Communications. Enzo pioneered early web design and development for Modem Media, Byron Preiss Multimedia, MSNBC, and Intel. Enzo holds a Masters in Business Administration from The Johnson School at Cornell University and completed his Bachelor of Arts from Iona College while working on the block equities desk for Lehman Brothers. He has studied at Pratt Institute and at The School of Visual Arts. He lives in Westchester with his wife and two children.

John Heilshorn
John Heilshorn, co-founding partner of Lippert/Heilshorn & Associates, Inc., joined Keith Lippert in 1984 to create a firm that would pioneer the professional practice of investor relations and corporate communications. Working early on with international high-technology clients, John helped build LHA into a premier provider of strategic communications services to public and soon-to-be public companies. In the process, he established his own reputation as a knowledgeable, capable and credible advisor to growth companies in a variety of sectors.

Over his 25-year career, Mr. Heilshorn has advised hundreds of public and private companies on financial disclosure, strategic and crisis communications, investment thesis formation, analyst and shareholder relations, navigating the capital markets and media relations. Drawing on his extensive relationships with investing institutions and investment banks, John advises clients in a variety of industries, including telecom/data center, clean tech, consumer goods, technology, financial services and building materials companies.

A recognized ambassador for investor relations, John has addressed National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) conferences across the country and serves on the Board of Advisors for Main Street Resources, a private equity firm. Reflecting LHA’s long-time support of innovative IR service vendors, John serves on the board of advisors of the information media network MUNCmedia, whose pioneering “push news distribution” is designed to ensure that companies’ news communications reach the right individual investors.

John began his career as a registered investment advisor for Merrill Lynch, and holds a BA in Government from Lawrence University.
